At MuMu Energy, each piece is carefully selected, handmade, or prepared with care. Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture, and pattern may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 21 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order items and items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery and accessories are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, or the item arrived damaged or incorrect, MuMu Energy will assist with the return arrangements. For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
