At MuMu Energy, each piece is carefully selected, handmade, or prepared with care. Due to the natural characteristics of crystals and the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture, and pattern may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 21 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order items and items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery and accessories are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 day and issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If an item arrives damaged ,defective, or incorrect, please contact MuMu Energy before returning the item. we will review the issue and provide return instructions. MuMu Energy will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved returns caused by damage , defects, or an error on our part. Customers must provide photos or videos of the item and packaging before the return is approved. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage ,or improper handling are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
