MuMu Energy offers handmade, personalised and carefully selected products, including natural crystals, crystal arrangements, accessories and handcrafted items.
As natural crystals and handmade products are unique, variations in colour, shape, size, texture, pattern and appearance may occur. Natural inclusions, small imperfections and variations are part of the natural characteristics of crystals and handmade products and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Handmade & Custom-Made Items
Many MuMu Energy pieces are handmade or made to order. Each piece may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website.
For personalised or custom-made orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements and information before production begins.
Once production of a personalised or custom-made item has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. MuMu Energy does not directly store customers’ full credit or debit card information.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Handmade, personalised or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, the estimated preparation time will be communicated to the customer.
MuMu Energy reserves the right to contact customers if additional information is required to complete an order.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Malaysia and to selected international destinations.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and items ordered.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on courier services, destination, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted to be imported into their destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local courier services.
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 21 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, used, worn, altered or damaged items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact MuMu Energy as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
